15-30 days before departure: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show: If you fail to show up for your tour without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Tour Modifications: If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or guests), please contact us at least 30 days in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Tour Cancellations by BoneGarden LLC
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour for reasons such as insufficient participation, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide the following options:
Full Refund: We will offer a full refund of the amount paid for the tour.
Alternative Tour Option: If applicable, we may offer you the option to transfer your booking to another tour or date. The new tour may be subject to availability and adjusted pricing.
Cancellation Notification: In the event of cancellation by us, we will notify you at least 14 days before the scheduled departure.

Medical Emergencies: If you are unable to attend the tour due to a medical emergency, we may offer a partial refund or allow you to reschedule the tour. A doctor's note or medical documentation may be required to verify the situation.
Travel Restrictions: If a tour cannot proceed due to government-imposed travel restrictions (e.g., pandemic-related travel bans or lockdowns), we will offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule for a future date.
